With the victory, Westwood improves its record to 4-1 on the campaign. The Patriots travel to Menominee (Menominee, MI) to confront the Maroons in a non-league challenge on Tuesday, December 27. The Maroons come into the challenge with a record of 0-2.

Next up, the Miners confront the Escanaba Eskymos (Escanaba, MI) in a non-league challenge, on Monday, January 2. Negaunee will attempt to improve on its 3-2 season record.
