Wheaton Knights (Silver Spring, MD) backers were in high spirits Wednesday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the visiting Northwood Gladiators (Silver Spring, MD), 63-34 in a non-league bout.

With the win, Wheaton upgrades its record to 2-2 on the season. The Knights travel to KIPP College Prep (Washington, DC) to play the Panthers in a non-league bout on Wednesday, December 28. The Panthers go into the bout with a record of 0-7. KIPP College Prep lost 71-30 in their recent non-league bout against Roosevelt (Washington, DC)

Next up, the Gladiators play the Poolesville Falcons (Poolesville, MD) in a non-league bout, on Friday, February 10. Northwood will attempt to upgrade on its 1-3 season record.
