Rivendell Academy (Orford, NH) backers were in high spirits Wednesday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the visiting Sharon Academy Phoenix (Sharon, VT), 61-31 in a non-league bout.

With the win, Rivendell Academy upgrades its record to 1-2 on the season. The travel to Twin Valley (Wilmington, VT) to play the Wildcats in a Southern Vermont - C bout on Friday, January 20. The Wildcats go into the bout with a record of 1-4.

Next up, the Phoenix play the Proctor Phantoms (Proctor, VT) in a Southern Vermont - D bout, on Tuesday, January 10. Sharon Academy will attempt to upgrade on its 1-2 season record.
