Pennsylvania High School Basketball - Pen Argyl can't hold off Bangor

The Pen Argyl Green Knights basketball team (Pen Argyl, PA), was nudged 40-37 in Wednesday's league battle with the visiting Bangor Slaters (Bangor, PA)

The Slaters now possess a 7-1 record. They put it on the line next when they host Wilson Area for a Colonial - East battle on Thursday, January 5. Bangor will battle a Warriors team coming off a 42-32 league loss to Southern Lehigh (Center Valley, PA). The Warriors record now stands at 0-2.

The Green Knights (1-1) will now prepare for their battle against Palisades (Kintnersville, PA). The Pirates come into the Colonial - East battle with a 0-2 record.
