Wardlaw Hartridge Rams (Edison, NJ) backers were in high spirits Wednesday as they witnessed their basketball squad thwart the visiting East Brunswick Bears (East Brunswick, NJ), 42-26 in a non-league bout.

With the win, Wardlaw Hartridge upgrades its record to 3-0 on the season. The Rams host Dunellen (Dunellen, NJ) to play the Destroyers in a Greater Middlesex - Gold bout on Saturday, January 7. The Destroyers go into the bout with a record of 3-0.

Next up, the Bears play the Piscataway Chiefs (Piscataway, NJ) in a Greater Middlesex - Red bout, on Thursday, December 22. East Brunswick will attempt to upgrade on its 2-3 season record. The Chiefs go into the bout with a 0-3 record after their 52-43 league loss to Old Bridge (Old Bridge, NJ).
