In Wednesday's non-league outing, the Johnsburg Skyhawks (Johnsburg, IL) basketball squad nipped the host Woodstock North Thunder (Woodstock, IL), by a margin of 37-35.
The Skyhawks (5-10) will now prepare for their outing against Harvard (Harvard, IL). The Hornets go into the Kishwaukee River outing with a 1-7 record.
The Thunder now own a 4-7 record. They play next when they travel to Lakes for a non-league outing on Wednesday, January 4. Woodstock North will clash with a Eagles squad coming off a 62-36 non-league loss to Marian Central Catholic (Woodstock, IL). The Eagles record now stands at 5-8.
