In their next game, the Bears face the Dinuba Emperors (Dinuba, CA) in a non-league game, on Tuesday, January 3. Selma will attempt to move on its 7-5 season record.

With the defeat, Madera South moves to 9-4 on the year. The Stallions travel to Torres (Madera, CA) to face the Toros in a non-league game on Thursday, December 22. The Toros enter the game with a record of 9-5. Torres lost 38-21 in their recent non-league game against Madera (Madera, CA)
