St. Francis Troubadours (Sacramento, CA) backers were pleased Wednesday as they saw their basketball squad hold off the host Rocklin Thunder (Rocklin, CA), 42-37 in a non-league bout.

With the victory, St. Francis upgrades its record to 7-2 on the campaign. The Troubadours travel to Oak Ridge (El Dorado Hills, CA) to play the Trojans in a non-league bout on Thursday, December 22. The Trojans come into the bout with a record of 5-1. Oak Ridge won 70-21 in their recent non-league bout against Nevada Union (Grass Valley, CA)

Next up, the Thunder play the Nevada Union Miners (Grass Valley, CA) in a non-league bout, on Thursday, December 22. Rocklin will attempt to upgrade on its 2-7 season record. The Miners come into the bout with a 5-4 record after their 70-21 non-league loss to Oak Ridge (El Dorado Hills, CA).
