Fans at Thursday's non-league challenge between the Anniston Bulldogs (Anniston, AL) and the host Jacksonville Golden Eagles (Jacksonville, AL), saw Anniston's basketball squad hold off Jacksonville by a tally of 46-44.
With the victory, Anniston improves its record to 9-3 on the campaign. The Bulldogs host Talladega (Talladega, AL) to confront the Tigers in a 4A Area 8 challenge on Friday, January 5. The Tigers come into the challenge with a record of 3-10.
