The Montgomery Red Raiders (Montgomery, PA) basketball felled the visiting Benton Tigers (Benton, PA), 60-52 in Thursday's non-league test.
The Red Raiders (2-5) will now prepare for their test against Williamson (Tioga, PA). The Warriors go into the non-league test with a 0-3 record. In their last test, Williamson was beaten by Mansfield (Mansfield, PA), 76-49, in a league test.
The Tigers now own a 1-2 record. They play next when they host Northwest Area for a Midd-Penn test on Tuesday, January 2.
