In Thursday's non-league match, the visiting Coahoma County Red Panthers basketball team scored a decisive 60-14 triumph over the Palmer Dragons.
In their next game, the Red Panthers meet the North Panola Cougars (Sardis, MS) in a 3A Region 2 match, on Friday, January 5. Coahoma County will attempt to move on its 13-4 season record.
