Hillsborough Raiders (Hillsborough, NJ) backers were in high spirits Thursday as they witnessed their basketball squad tip the visiting Franklin Warriors (Somerset, NJ), 51-44 in a league bout.

With the win, Hillsborough upgrades its record to 3-1 on the season. The Raiders travel to Morristown-Beard (Morristown, NJ) to play the Crimson in a non-league bout on Thursday, December 28. The Crimson go into the bout with a record of 1-2. Morristown-Beard lost 49-46 in their recent league bout against Dover (Dover, NJ)

Next up, the Warriors play the J.P. Stevens Hawks (Edison, NJ) in a non-league bout, on Wednesday, December 27. Franklin will attempt to upgrade on its 1-3 season record. The Hawks go into the bout with a 0-3 record after their 75-45 league loss to St. Joseph (Metuchen, NJ).
