    In Thursday's non-league match, the visiting Paul VI Panthers basketball team scored a tight 71-70 triumph over the IMG Academy Ascenders.

    In their next game, the Panthers meet the Montverde Academy Eagles (Montverde, FL) in a non-league match, on Friday, December 22. Paul VI will attempt to move on its 7-0 season record. The Eagles enter the match with a 12-0 record after their 95-55 non-league win over Archbishop Stepinac (White Plains, NY).

    With the defeat, IMG Academy moves to 4-5 on the year. The Ascenders travel to Archbishop Stepinac (White Plains, NY) to meet the Crusaders in a non-league match on Friday, December 22. The Crusaders enter the match with a record of 6-1. Archbishop Stepinac lost 95-55 in their recent non-league match against Montverde Academy (Montverde, FL)
