The Galena Grizzlies basketball team (Reno, NV), was routed 56-22 in Thursday's league battle with the visiting Spanish Springs Cougars (Sparks, NV)

The Cougars now sport a 8-1 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Sierra Lutheran for a non-league battle on Wednesday, December 27.

The Grizzlies (2-4) will now prepare for their battle against Damonte Ranch (Reno, NV). The Mustangs come into the non-league battle with a 4-3 record. In their last battle, Damonte Ranch trounced Carson (Carson City, NV), 62-28, in a league battle.
