Reservoir 'Gators (Fulton, MD) backers were in high spirits Thursday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the visiting Atholton Raiders (Columbia, MD), 47-25 in a league bout.

With the win, Reservoir upgrades its record to 4-1 on the season. The 'Gators travel to Long Reach (Columbia, MD) to play the Lightning in a Howard County bout on Wednesday, January 3. The Lightning go into the bout with a record of 1-6. Long Reach lost 63-36 in their recent non-league bout against Loch Raven (Towson, MD)

Next up, the Raiders play the Churchill Bulldogs (Potomac, MD) in a non-league bout, on Friday, December 29. Atholton will attempt to upgrade on its 4-3 season record. The Bulldogs go into the bout with a 1-3 record after their 81-5 league loss to Whitman (Bethesda, MD).
