In Thursday's league outing, the Cherokee County Warriors (Centre, AL) basketball squad overwhelmed the visiting Cleburne County Tigers (Heflin, AL), by a margin of 53-19.
The Warriors (8-2) will now prepare for their outing against Southside (Gadsden, AL). The Panthers go into the non-league outing with a 11-2 record. In their last outing, Southside smashed Douglas (Douglas, AL), 53-20, in a non-league outing.
