With the victory, Whitman improves its record to 2-0 on the campaign. The Vikings host Walter Johnson (Bethesda, MD) to confront the Wildcats in a Freelance challenge on Friday, January 5. The Wildcats come into the challenge with a record of 4-3. Walter Johnson won 49-48 in their recent league challenge against Wootton (Rockville, MD)

Next up, the Bulldogs confront the Atholton Raiders (Columbia, MD) in a non-league challenge, on Friday, December 29. Churchill will attempt to improve on its 1-3 season record. The Raiders come into the challenge with a 4-3 record after their 47-25 league loss to Reservoir (Fulton, MD).
