The Manhattan Tigers basketball team (Manhattan, MT), dropped 41-23 in Thursday's non-league battle with the host Sweet Grass County Sheepherders (Big Timber, MT)
The Sheepherders now possess a 5-1 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Joliet for a B District 4 battle on Friday, January 5. Sweet Grass County will confront a J Hawks team coming off a 54-33 league win over Roundup (Roundup, MT). The J Hawks record now stands at 2-3.
The Tigers (1-2) will now prepare for their battle against Jefferson (Boulder, MT). The Panthers come into the B District 5 battle with a 5-1 record.
