The Noble Knights basketball team (Berwick, ME), was routed 58-20 in Thursday's league battle with the visiting Sanford Spartans (Sanford, ME)
The Spartans now sport a 3-1 record. They put it on the line next when they host Lewiston for a non-league battle on Wednesday, December 27. Sanford will battle a Blue Devils team coming off a 58-51 non-league loss to Scarborough (Scarborough, ME). The Blue Devils record now stands at 3-1.
The Knights (0-5) will now prepare for their battle against Thornton Academy (Saco, ME). The Trojans come into the AA South battle with a 4-0 record. In their last battle, Thornton Academy trounced Biddeford (Biddeford, ME), 49-22, in a non-league battle.
