Mississippi High School Basketball - Stone trounces Our Lady Academy

The Stone Tomcats (Wiggins, MS) basketball crushed the visiting Our Lady Academy Crescents (Bay St. Louis, MS), 61-23 in Thursday's non-league test.
The Tomcats (9-7) will now prepare for their test against Poplarville (Poplarville, MS). The Hornets go into the non-league test with a 9-5 record. In their last test, Poplarville walloped Forrest County Agricultural (Brooklyn, MS), 37-26, in a non-league test.
The Crescents now own a 1-9 record. They play next when they travel to Perry Central for a 3A Region 8 test on Tuesday, January 2. Our Lady Academy will encounter a Bulldogs squad coming off a 37-15 non-league win over Mount Olive (Mount Olive, MS). The Bulldogs record now stands at 4-10.
