California High School Soccer - Palo Verde Valley knocks off West Shores

Palo Verde Valley Yellow Jackets (Blythe, CA) supporters were pleased Thursday as they observed their soccer team triumph over the host West Shores Wildcats (Salton City, CA), 11-0 in a non-league challenge.

Next, the Yellow Jackets confront the Southwest EC Eagles (El Centro, CA) in a non-league challenge, on Wednesday, January 3. Palo Verde Valley will attempt to move on its 1-9 season record. The Eagles enter the challenge with a 6-8 record after their 6-5 non-league win over Hoover (San Diego, CA).

The Wildcats now possess a 0-8 record. They play next when they travel to Palo Verde Valley for a non-league match on Friday, January 5.
