Nevada High School Basketball - Battle Mountain falls to Pershing County

December 21, 2023: Battle Mountain, NV 89820

In Thursday's league match, the visiting Pershing County Mustangs basketball team scored a good 61-46 triumph over the Battle Mountain Longhorns.

In their next game, the Mustangs meet the West Wendover Wolverines (West Wendover, NV) in a non-league match, on Friday, December 22. Pershing County will attempt to better on its 4-4 season record. The Wolverines enter the match with a 6-4 record after their 72-26 league win over Oasis Academy (Fallon, NV).

With the defeat, Battle Mountain moves to 6-2 on the year. The Longhorns host Coral Academy of Science - Reno (Reno, NV) to meet the Falcons in a match on Friday, December 22. The Falcons enter the match with a record of 0-2.
