North Carolina High School Basketball - Draughn ripped by Freedom

The Freedom Patriots basketball team scored 62 points and held the visiting Draughn Wildcats to 17 in the Patriots non-league triumph on Thursday.
The Patriots now sport a 8-1 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to McDowell for a non-league contest on Friday, December 29. Freedom will battle a Titans team coming off a 48-41 non-league win over Burns (Lawndale, NC). The Titans record now stands at 3-0.
The Wildcats (0-6) will now prepare for their contest against Mitchell (Bakersville, NC). The Mountaineers enter the non-league contest with a 1-1 record.
