In their next game, the Cowboys battle the Kenner Discovery Health Sciences Academy Swamp Owls (Kenner, LA) in a non-league challenge, on Friday, January 3. Sumner will attempt to improve on its 0-9 season record. The Swamp Owls come into the challenge with a 4-8 record after their 71-56 non-league win over Morris Jeff (New Orleans, LA).
