The Thomas Jefferson Vikings (Richmond, VA) basketball were winner over the visiting Armstrong Wildcats (Richmond, VA), 70-60 in Saturday's non-league bout.

The Vikings now possess a 2-4 record. They play next when they travel to New Kent for a non-league bout on Friday, December 27. Thomas Jefferson will play a Trojans team coming off a 67-62 league win over Grafton (Yorktown, VA). The Trojans record now stands at 7-0.

With the loss, Armstrong falls to 1-3 on the campaign. The Wildcats host Atlee (Mechanicsville, VA) to play the Raiders in a Capital bout on Tuesday, January 7. The Raiders go into the bout with a record of 8-0.
