The Fredericktown Freddies basketball team scored 73 points and limited the host Danville Blue Devils to 56 in the Freddies league triumph on Saturday.

The Freddies now possess a 6-2 record. They play next when they host Mt. Gilead for a non-league game on Saturday, January 4.

With the loss, Danville falls to 1-3 on the campaign. The Blue devils travel to Newark Catholic (Newark, OH) to confront the Green Wave in a non-league game on Friday, December 27. The Green Wave go into the game with a record of 1-5. Newark Catholic lost 75-73 in their recent non-league game against Bishop Rosecrans (Zanesville, OH)
