In Saturday's non-league contest, the host Lake Park Lancers basketball team scored a good 42-25 win over the Glenbard North Panthers.
The Lancers (4-3) will now prepare for their contest against Conant (Hoffman Estates, IL). The Cougars come into the non-league contest with a 1-1 record.
In their next game, the Panthers battle the West Aurora Blackhawks (Aurora, IL) in a non-league contest, on Friday, December 27. Glenbard North will attempt to better on its 0-1 season record. The Blackhawks come into the contest with a 5-1 record after their 54-26 non-league win over Streamwood (Streamwood, IL).
