Mississippi High School Basketball - Adams County Christian trounced by Silliman Institute

The Adams County Christian Rebels basketball squad (Natchez, MS), was crushed 67-29 in Saturday's non-league battle with the visiting Silliman Institute Wildcats (Clinton, LA)

With the victory, Silliman Institute advances its record to 10-3 on the year. The Wildcats travel to Parklane Academy (McComb, MS) to meet the Pioneers in a MAIS 5A District 3 battle on Friday, January 3. The Pioneers enter the battle with a record of 9-3.

The Rebels now own a 1-9 record. They put it on the line next when they host Central School for a non-league battle on Thursday, January 2. Adams County Christian will meet a Pioneers squad coming off a 39-32 league win over Union Christian Academy (Farmerville, LA). The Pioneers record now stands at 4-9.
