The Flathead Valley Crusaders basketball team scored 81 points and limited the visiting Troy Trojans to 49 in the Crusaders non-league triumph on Saturday.

The Crusaders now possess a 1-1 record. They play next when they travel to North Idaho Christian for a non-league game on Saturday, December 28. Flathead Valley will play a Royals team coming off a 67-35 league win over House of the Lord Christian Academy (Oldtown, ID). The Royals record now stands at 7-2.

With the loss, Troy falls to 1-3 on the campaign. The Trojans travel to Plains (Plains, MT) to play the Horsemen in a B District 7 game on Friday, January 3. The Horsemen go into the game with a record of 3-1. Plains won 53-11 in their recent non-league game against Alberton (Alberton, MT)
