Fans at Saturday's non-league battle between the Bossier Bearkats (Bossier City, LA) and the host St. Louis Catholic Saints (Lake Charles, LA), saw Bossier's soccer squad hold off St. Louis Catholic by a count of 1-0.

The Bearkats (9-5) will now prepare for their battle against Calvary Baptist Academy (Shreveport, LA). The Cavaliers enter the non-league battle with a 8-4 record. In their last battle, Calvary Baptist Academy was edged by West Monroe (West Monroe, LA), 2-0, in a non-league battle.

Next up, the Saints confront the South Beauregard Knights (Longville, LA) in a battle, on Monday, January 6. St. Louis Catholic will attempt to upgrade on its 3-5 season record.
