Canisteo-Greenwood Redskins (Canisteo, NY) backers were in high spirits Thursday as they witnessed their basketball squad tip the host Addison Knights (Addison, NY), 45-41 in a league bout.

With the win, Canisteo-Greenwood upgrades its record to 2-2 on the season. The Redskins travel to Hornell (Hornell, NY) to play the Red Raiders in a non-league bout on Tuesday, January 3. The Red Raiders go into the bout with a record of 4-1.

Next up, the Knights play the Rochester Academy Racers (Rochester, NY) in a non-league bout, on Wednesday, January 4. Addison will attempt to upgrade on its 2-2 season record.
