California Condors (Whittier, CA) backers were in high spirits Thursday as they witnessed their basketball squad tip the host Kennedy Fighting Irish (La Palma, CA), 50-48 in a non-league bout.

With the win, California upgrades its record to 4-11 on the season. The Condors travel to Marina (Huntington Beach, CA) to play the Vikings in a non-league bout on Monday, December 26. The Vikings go into the bout with a record of 10-4. Marina won 67-59 in their recent non-league bout against Torrance (Torrance, CA)

Next up, the Fighting Irish play the Pacifica Mariners (Garden Grove, CA) in a Empire bout, on Tuesday, January 10. Kennedy will attempt to upgrade on its 1-12 season record.
