Ludlow Panthers (Ludlow, KY) backers were in high spirits Thursday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the visiting Calvary Christian Cougars (Covington, KY), 66-29 in a non-league bout.

With the win, Ludlow upgrades its record to 7-2 on the season. The Panthers host St. Henry (Erlanger, KY) to clash with the Crusaders in a District 34 bout on Tuesday, December 27. The Crusaders go into the bout with a record of 3-7. St. Henry won 81-36 in their recent non-league bout against Villa Madonna (Covington, KY)

Next up, the Cougars clash with the Dayton Greendevils (Dayton, KY) in a non-league bout, on Friday, December 30. Calvary Christian will attempt to upgrade on its 0-11 season record. The Greendevils go into the bout with a 1-5 record after their 76-41 non-league loss to Ludlow (Ludlow, KY).
