California High School Basketball - Northview can't hold off Covina

The Northview Vikings basketball team (Covina, CA), was nudged 47-44 in Thursday's league battle with the host Covina Colts (Covina, CA)

The Colts now sport a 11-5 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Walnut for a non-league battle on Monday, December 26. Covina will battle a Mustangs team coming off a 81-71 non-league win over Thousand Oaks (Thousand Oaks, CA). The Mustangs record now stands at 12-1.

The Vikings (9-6) will now prepare for their battle against South Gate (South Gate, CA). The Rams come into the non-league battle with a 3-6 record. In their last battle, South Gate was nudged by Warren (Downey, CA), 65-62, in a non-league battle.
