Cromwell Panthers (Cromwell, CT) backers were in high spirits Thursday as they witnessed their basketball squad thwart the host Valley Regional Warriors (Deep River, CT), 46-31 in a league bout.

With the win, Cromwell upgrades its record to 3-0 on the season. The Panthers host Rockville (Vernon, CT) to play the Rams in a non-league bout on Friday, December 30. The Rams go into the bout with a record of 1-1.

Next up, the Warriors play the Portland Highlanders (Portland, CT) in a Shoreline bout, on Wednesday, December 28. Valley Regional will attempt to upgrade on its 1-3 season record.
