Fans at Thursday's non-league challenge between the Union Farmers (Union, NJ) and the visiting Roselle Park Panthers (Roselle Park, NJ), saw Union's basketball squad wallop Roselle Park by a count of 47-16.

With the victory, Union upgrades its record to 1-1 on the campaign. The Farmers travel to Linden (Linden, NJ) to play the Tigers in a Union County - Valley challenge on Thursday, January 5. The Tigers come into the challenge with a record of 4-0.

Next up, the Panthers play the Abraham Clark Rams (Roselle, NJ) in a non-league challenge, on Tuesday, January 3. Roselle Park will attempt to upgrade on its 0-4 season record.
