With the victory, Ben L. Smith upgrades its record to 8-1 on the campaign. The Golden Eagles host Ragsdale (Jamestown, NC) to play the Tigers in a non-league bout on Thursday, December 28. The Tigers come into the bout with a record of 1-7. Ragsdale lost 70-52 in their recent non-league bout against Grimsley (Greensboro, NC)

Next up, the Pirates play the Western Guilford Hornets (Greensboro, NC) in a 4A Metro bout, on Friday, January 5. Page will attempt to upgrade on its 6-6 season record.
