Fans at Friday's league challenge between the Bishop McDevitt Crusaders (Harrisburg, PA) and the host Middletown Blue Raiders (Middletown, PA), saw Bishop McDevitt's basketball squad hold off Middletown by a count of 46-44.
With the victory, Bishop McDevitt upgrades its record to 4-2 on the campaign. The Crusaders travel to Williamsport (Williamsport, PA) to play the Millionaires in a non-league challenge on Friday, December 29. The Millionaires come into the challenge with a record of 1-6. Williamsport lost 57-29 in their recent non-league challenge against Dallas (Dallas, PA)
Next up, the Blue Raiders play the Steelton-Highspire Steamrollers (Steelton, PA) in a Mid-Penn - Capital challenge, on Tuesday, January 2. Middletown will attempt to upgrade on its 5-2 season record.
