The Northwest Catholic Lions (West Hartford, CT) basketball crushed the host Conard Red Wolves (West Hartford, CT), 111-48 in Thursday's league test.

The Lions (4-0) will now prepare for their test against Amistad (New Haven, CT). The Wolves go into the non-league test with a 1-2 record.

The Red Wolves now own a 1-3 record. They play next when they travel to Southington for a Central Connecticut - West Colonial test on Tuesday, January 2. Conard will encounter a Blue Knights squad coming off a 57-47 non-league win over Glastonbury (Glastonbury, CT). The Blue Knights record now stands at 3-0.
