The Broadway Gobblers basketball team scored 45 points and restricted the visiting Luray Bulldogs to 30 in the Gobblers non-league victory on Friday.
The Gobblers now sport a 5-4 record. They put it on the line next when they host Sherando for a non-league contest on Wednesday, December 27. Broadway will battle a Warriors team coming off a 70-53 league win over Kettle Run (Nokesville, VA). The Warriors record now stands at 5-2.
The Bulldogs (3-6) will now prepare for their contest against Mountain View (Quicksburg, VA). The Generals come into the Bull Run contest with a 0-11 record. In their last contest, Mountain View dropped by Page County (Shenandoah, VA), 63-27, in a league contest.
