The Ezell-Harding Christian Eagles basketball team (Antioch, TN), was nudged 53-51 in Friday's non-league battle with the host Lipscomb Academy Mustangs (Nashville, TN)

The Mustangs now possess a 7-3 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Bartram Trail for a non-league battle on Thursday, December 28. Lipscomb Academy will battle a Bears team coming off a 66-52 league loss to Atlantic Coast (Jacksonville, FL). The Bears record now stands at 2-8.

The Eagles (9-4) will now prepare for their battle against Davidson Academy (Nashville, TN). The Bears come into the Division II-A Middle District 4 battle with a 3-7 record. In their last battle, Davidson Academy was nudged by Cheatham County Central (Ashland City, TN), 54-39, in a non-league battle.
