Connecticut High School Basketball - Housatonic-Wamogo can't hold off Gilbert

The Gilbert Yellowjackets basketball team scored 41 points and restricted the visiting Housatonic-Wamogo Mountaineers to 34 in the Yellowjackets non-league victory on Friday.
The Yellowjackets now sport a 3-1 record. They put it on the line next when they host Canton for a non-league contest on Wednesday, December 27. Gilbert will battle a Warriors team coming off a 56-51 non-league win over Cromwell (Cromwell, CT). The Warriors record now stands at 1-1.
The Mountaineers (2-2) will now prepare for their contest against Wamogo (Litchfield, CT). The Warriors come into the non-league contest with a 2-3 record.
