The Islesboro Central Eagles basketball team scored 50 points and restricted the host Wiscasset Wolverines to 11 in the Eagles league victory on Friday.

The Eagles now sport a 4-1 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Temple Academy for a D South contest on Wednesday, December 27. Islesboro Central will battle a Bereans team coming off a 67-17 non-league loss to Richmond (Richmond, ME). The Bereans record now stands at 2-2.

The Wolverines (0-6) will now prepare for their contest against Buckfield (Buckfield, ME). The Bucks come into the non-league contest with a 1-2 record. In their last contest, Buckfield was routed by Forest Hills (Jackman, ME), 40-37, in a non-league contest.
