The Lourdes Eagles (Rochester, MN) basketball felled the host Kasson-Mantorville Komets (Kasson, MN), 64-49 in Friday's non-league test.
The Eagles (5-3) will now prepare for their test against Albert Lea (Albert Lea, MN). The Tigers go into the AA Section 1 test with a 0-9 record. In their last test, Albert Lea was beaten by Worthington (Worthington, MN), 63-26, in a non-league test.
The Komets now own a 2-5 record. They play next when they travel to New Prague for a non-league test on Friday, December 29. Kasson-Mantorville will encounter a Trojans squad coming off a 83-76 non-league win over St. Peter (St. Peter, MN). The Trojans record now stands at 7-1.
