California High School Basketball - Yerington overwhelmed by North Tahoe

The Yerington Lions basketball team (Yerington, NV), was overwhelmed 38-17 in Friday's league battle with the host North Tahoe Lakers (Tahoe City, CA)

The Lakers now possess a 8-2 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Pershing County for a 2A Northern battle on Friday, January 5.

The Lions (6-6) will now prepare for their battle against Pershing County (Lovelock, NV). The Mustangs come into the 2A Northern battle with a 11-0 record. In their last battle, Pershing County trounced West Wendover (West Wendover, NV), 49-27, in a league battle.
