Rhode Island High School Ice Hockey - Mount St. Charles Academy can't get by Burrillville

In Friday's league test, the host Burrillville Broncos ice hockey team scored a tight 2-1 win over the Mount St. Charles Academy Mounties.
The Broncos (3-2) will now prepare for their test against Smithfield (Esmond, RI). The Sentinels enter the State Championship Division test with a 2-1 record. In their last test, Smithfield held off Moses Brown (Providence, RI), 3-1, in a league test.
Next up, the Mounties encounter the Bishop Hendricken Hawks (Warwick, RI) in a State Championship Division test, on Friday, January 5. Mount St. Charles Academy will attempt to advance on its 1-3 season record. The Hawks enter the test with a 5-0 record after their 3-0 league win over La Salle Academy (Providence, RI).
