Connecticut High School Basketball - Berlin topped by Maloney

The Maloney Spartans basketball team scored 61 points and restricted the visiting Berlin Redcoats to 45 in the Spartans league victory on Friday.
The Spartans now sport a 2-0 record. They put it on the line next when they host Cheshire for a non-league contest on Friday, December 30. Maloney will battle a Rams team coming off a 67-64 non-league win over North Haven (North Haven, CT). The Rams record now stands at 2-1.
The Redcoats (0-3) will now prepare for their contest against Immaculate (Danbury, CT). The Mustangs come into the non-league contest with a 1-2 record. In their last contest, Immaculate dropped by Holy Cross (Waterbury, CT), 60-51, in a non-league contest.
