Kentucky High School Basketball - Johnson Central winner over Wolfe County

The Johnson Central Golden Eagles (Paintsville, KY) basketball were winner over the visiting Wolfe County Wolves (Campton, KY), 73-61 in Friday's non-league contest.

The Golden Eagles now sport a 4-4 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Cane Bay for a non-league contest on Wednesday, December 28. Johnson Central will meet a Cobras team coming off a 58-44 non-league win over James Island (Charleston, SC). The Cobras record now stands at 7-3.

The Wolves (5-6) will now prepare for their contest against Somerset Christian (Somerset, KY). The Cougars enter the non-league contest with a 1-5 record. In their last contest, Somerset Christian was defeated by Southwestern (Somerset, KY), 79-67, in a non-league contest.
