The Charlton County Indians (Folkston, GA) basketball nipped the visiting Randolph-Clay Red Devils (Cuthbert, GA), 45-39 in Friday's non-league test.
The Indians (3-4) will now prepare for their test against South Paulding (Douglasville, GA). The Spartans go into the non-league test with a 1-9 record. In their last test, South Paulding got by East Coweta (Sharpsburg, GA), 50-22, in a non-league test.
The Red Devils now own a 7-4 record. They play next when they host Sherwood Christian Academy for a non-league test on Tuesday, January 3. Randolph-Clay will encounter a Eagles squad coming off a 54-17 non-league loss to Randolph-Clay (Cuthbert, GA). The Eagles record now stands at 5-3.
