In Friday's league challenge, the Coventry Oakers (Coventry, RI) ice hockey team bounced the visiting Mt. Hope Huskies (Bristol, RI), by a margin of 8-3.
The Oakers now possess a 1-2 record. They put it on the line next when they host South Kingstown for a non-league challenge on Tuesday, December 27.
The Huskies (0-4) will now prepare for their challenge against Portsmouth (Portsmouth, RI). The Patriots enter the Division 2 challenge with a 3-1 record.
